ABOUT IBEN

I’m Iben, a design researcher and passionate climate advocate.

Though my master of science I have specialised in participatory co-design and co-creation workshop, user-involvement, facilitation of workshops, public-private innovation, multi-stakeholder innovation, organisational theories, tangibility in innovation processes and design thinking.

As a co-founder of Food Reformers, a food waste organisation, I am focusing on empowering the volunteers to utilise their skills and passion, to create awareness about food waste and create social encounters. The organisation is based on participatory design methods and is collaborating with public and private stakeholders as well as universities.

I furthermore provide guest lectures and talks in relation to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Food waste and how to facilitate participatory co-creation workshops.
